Hyderabad, Jan 9 : Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister N Raghuveera Reddy today denied Opposition TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu's charge that the attacks on Reliance group outlets were 'engineered by supporters of Congress Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to oust Chief Minister K Rosaiah from power.' 'Though not justifying the attacks, I feel that they were emotional outbursts after television channels suggested conspiracy behind the helicopter crash that killed then Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy,' he told a press conference at the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) office.''All ministers are working in a cohesive manner under the leadership of the Chief Minister and taking all steps to maintain law and order and to allay the fears of all, including industries,'' he said.

Even he had expressed doubts whether the crash was a mishap or any conspiracy was there behind it and had impressed upon the Chief Minister to go for a two-member expert probe. He had also asked the Centre to order a CBI probe. ''The CBI is on the job.

All should wait for investigation to be over,'' he added.

Accusing Mr Naidu of behaving like a spokesman for the corporate group, he wanted to know why Mr Naidu did not even make an appeal when the state was burning following pro-Telangana and pro-united Andhra Pradesh stirs, affecting over eight crore people.

Referring to the ouster of then Chief Minister N T Rama Rao by Mr Naidu, the Minister sarcastically said, ''it is Mr Naidu who knows the art of staging political coup very well.'' It was the TDP which had instigated violence in the state after the murder of TDP legislator Parital Ravi, he alleged.

Hailing both print and electronic media for their coverage of news, he said they should keep in mind their ''social responsibility''.

After some regional television channels on Thursday night telecast a Russian Portal's expose alleging conspiracy behind the helicopter crash on September 2 last year, supporters, claiming to be that of ''Jagan Yuvasena'' and ''YSR Yuvasena'', went on a rampage, attacking outlets of Reliance Group of companies.
